Once you login, a questionnaire and, possibly, a test will be used to place you in the correct mathematics course given your ability level, background and intended major. Depending on your major and your background, you may not be required to take the placement exam. Please answer all questions as honestly and accurately as you can.
If you experience technical difficulties, please send us an e-mail, and we will get back to you as soon as possible, though it may take a day or more.
The exam is not timed, but you should take no more than an hour answering all of the questions on the exam. Cheating is of no benefit. This test and questionnaire are part of an effort to place you in the proper course for your abilities and intended major, so either cheating or intentionally missing questions will only cause you to be enrolled in the wrong class.
